On-Site Repair
We can service machines on-site at your place of business within the Chicago Metro area.
We provide service for machines under service contract, or on a per-call basis. Initial rates apply, and an estimate will be provided for any additional parts/labor required.
Depot Repair
For personal equipment, we provide depot (in-shop) repair services.
A deposit is required at the time of drop off. After the machine is reviewed by a technician, we will call you with an estimate for repairs.
If you proceed with the repairs, the deposit will apply to those repairs.
If you do not have it repaired, the deposit is the diagnostic fee.

Factory trained-technicians can also service your out-of-warranty machine, including HP, Ricoh, Savin, Sharp, Toshiba, Dell, Zebra, Xerox and more.
